GMP, as we say in everyday speech...


...is an abbreviation for "Good Manufacturing Practise".

In simple words it means high kitchen hygiene standards - only transferred to the entire production. This means that our production facilities have, among other things, rules for:

  • Personal hygiene

  • Cleaning inspection

  • Training

  • Traceability

To maintain a high level of food safety it is necessary that the GMP rules are respected...

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point

So-called HACCP teams with skilled personnel monitor production all the way from raw material to finished product by focusing on a number of critical control points. These critical control points are of either biological, physical or chemical nature.
